About The Position

Avalon Services Group is seeking a Warehouse Janitor for a customer’s distribution center. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the warehouse, parking lot, and offices, including cleaning beneath storage units. The janitor completes scheduled cleaning tasks, maintains housekeeping supplies and eating stations, and manages waste while following safety guidelines. The position pays $17.00 per hour and requires a background check and drug screening.

Work hours are Sunday–Monday, 12:00 p.m.–8:30 p.m., and Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with Tuesday and Wednesday off. The role involves sustained standing and walking, frequent pushing, pulling, grasping, stretching, bending, twisting, and overhead reaching, as well as occasional stooping, climbing, and squeezing. The employee must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize work areas.
• Maintain warehouse areas, the parking lot, and offices.
• Clean beneath storage units.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks on time.
