About The Position

The Warehouse Inventory Supervisor will provide facility-level overall health and inventory support. This role involves supervising a team in the day-to-day operations and improvement projects for complex or multiple clients. The primary goal is to provide clients and the facility manager with objective internal audit processes to understand root causes and drive improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a closely related field
  • 3+ years' relevant experience
  • Data querying/analysis from multiple sources
  • Detailed knowledge of Inventory and Storage philosophies
  • Client-facing experience and business acumen
  • Able to work flex schedule or off shifts as required
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and other business areas
  • Drive and commitment to work independently but also work effectively within a team

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all aspects of inventory team including cycle counts and other supporting audits.
  • Supervise all aspects of resources focused on ongoing facility letdown, rearrangement and slotting.
  • Monitor and interpret results of reports necessary to improve and sustain total Facility Health.
  • Serve as the primary contact for facility health activities, working closely with the Headquarters Facility Health Team.
  • Supervise and/or monitor external services supporting facility health activities.
  • Supervise and produce detailed RCCA’s analysis, with organized conclusions for driving improvement.
  • Oversee and develop work instructions to perform tasks.
  • Supervise projects and distribute workload to team members with accountability for the team's results.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
