About The Position

The Warehouse Inventory Stocker is responsible for efficiently receiving, organizing, and stocking inventory within the warehouse. This role ensures that products are accurately placed, easily accessible, and properly tracked to maintain optimal inventory levels and support smooth warehouse operations.

Requirements

  • Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks
  • Ability to maintain up-to-date records of inventory movements using warehouse management systems or manual logs
  • Capability to conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and audits
  • Proficiency in replenishing picking locations and rotating products according to FIFO principles
  • Skill in assisting with order picking, packing, and shipping
  • Adherence to safety protocols and housekeeping standards for a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Prompt reporting of inventory shortages, overages, or damages to the Inventory Manager
  • Strong collaboration skills with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damage or discrepancies
  • Accurately organize and stock products in designated warehouse locations
  • Maintain up-to-date records of inventory movements using warehouse management systems or manual logs
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and audits as needed
  • Replenish picking locations and ensure products are rotated according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles when possible
  • Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following safety protocols and housekeeping standards
  • Report inventory shortages, overages, or damages to Inventory Manager promptly
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals
  • Assist with warehouse grounds projects as needed
  • Fill-in for the Shipping Coordinator when gaps occur (vacations, sickness, etc)
  • Other work as instructed.
