About The Position

Woola is a growing, multi-trade service company supporting commercial and multi-residential properties throughout British Columbia. Our teams work across Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Power Systems, and Construction, with a focus on delivering an exceptional service experience for our clients. As Woola continues to grow, we’re looking for a dependable and highly organized individual to take ownership of the day-to-day organization of our warehouse, inventory, parts, tools, and company vehicles. This is a hands-on role and an important part of keeping our field teams organized, stocked, and ready to work. We are open to candidates with previous warehouse, inventory, automotive, construction, or trades experience, as well as someone who is eager to learn more about the skilled trades and potentially grow their career within Woola. The Warehouse, Inventory & Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse while helping manage the flow of materials, equipment, tools, and parts to our field technicians and projects. The position will also support the organization and upkeep of Woola's growing fleet of service vehicles, helping ensure our technicians have the right materials and equipment when they need them.

  • A valid BC Driver’s Licence and a clean driving record are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse, inventory, automotive, parts, construction, or skilled trades experience is an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and storage area
  • Receiving, inspecting, labeling, and organizing incoming inventory
  • Tracking inventory levels and completing regular inventory counts
  • Restocking commonly used parts, materials, and supplies
  • Preparing and staging materials for upcoming service calls and construction projects
  • Stocking technician service vehicles with the parts and equipment they need
  • Picking up and delivering materials, equipment, and supplies to vendors and job sites
  • Supporting technicians with parts and material requests
  • Maintaining organization standards across company service vehicles
  • Coordinating vehicle maintenance, servicing, inspections, and registrations
  • Maintaining accurate inventory, equipment, and fleet records
  • Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse and inventory processes
  • Working closely with both our office and field teams to keep operations running smoothly
