Warehouse Inventory Associate
About The Position
Focus Camera LLC. is looking for an Inventory Associate to support our team in our 100,000 sq. ft. facility located in North Brunswick, NJ. We are a high-volume, direct-to-consumer ecommerce company. We ship more than 1 million orders a year and operate 6 days a week. We specialize in photography, electronics, audio, and houseware products, but sell many other categories as well. Our company has been in business for over 50 years and employs over 185 people across three locations. Our employees are passionate, smart, hardworking, and considerate - and together they accomplish great things. We’re looking for an Inventory Associate to support the team’s efforts of inventory control and accuracy in our warehouses in North Brunswick, NJ. The Inventory Associate will support inventory control from the time products arrive in our warehouse, as they move within our warehouse, and until they ship out to customers. You will help track inventory accuracy, find missing products, and support the process.
Requirements
- Warehouse experience
- Experience using an RF Scanners
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines
- Physical Work – Ability to exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally, and or 20-30 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry push, pull, or otherwise move objects
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating a Cherry Picker (preferred) but not required.
- Familiar with warehouse operations
- Experience operating a forklift
Responsibilities
- Count and document inventory
- Track and maintain documentation of daily product and supply levels
- Ensure products are properly labeled and in correct location
- Perform regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy
- Find lost items and close process loopholes
- Help Receiving consolidate stock weekly from multiple locations to single locations as inventory is depleted
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
