About The Position

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory and stock within the warehouse. This role involves conducting regular physical inventory audits, communicating with various departments regarding inventory and sales orders, and managing incoming merchandise. The associate will also prepare inventory reports, restock inventory, and maintain an organized and safe work environment. Additionally, this position may involve training new employees and performing general housekeeping duties.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Must be able to pass background check and drug test
Reading and comprehending customer orders, policies and procedures
Acute attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficient with basic computer applications
Basic math (division, addition, subtraction) to calculate yardage and order amounts
Basic computer skills and MS office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

Conducts regular physical inventory audits throughout the warehouse in various departments
Communicates with various departments and management regarding inventory and sales orders
Place incoming merchandise into inventory
Responsible for pre/post flash sale inventory
Assign and manage bay locations
Prepares inventory reports and updates inventory spreadsheets
Restock inventory from back warehouse as required
Straighten bolts and organize products to keep all inventory neat
Assist in locating bolts and items that are misplaced
Assist in training new employees
Maintain neat and orderly work areas
General housekeeping as required to maintain a safe workplace
Other duties that may be assigned
