About The Position

PIM Brands is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Analyst to join their growing team. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest level of accuracy for material handling within the warehouses. The analyst will collaborate with the Warehouse department to analyze, validate, and audit material movements, requiring an understanding of process flow, operational sequences, and material handling/lot control systems, particularly within a SAP environment.

Requirements

  • 0 to 2 years’ experience in supply chain environment is required.
  • Including completion of a supply chain related internship.
  • Strong working knowledge and experience using Excel – filter, sort, format data, create and modify formulas.
  • High energy, clear goal orientation, and strong work ethic, ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Very strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and interact collaboratively with multiple levels of staff.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English (read and write).
  • Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, calculus, and their applications.
  • Knowledge of electronic equipment and computer hardware and software, including Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Inventory control experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • An associate degree in business related major is strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor all aspects of material movement in PIM Brands Systems.
  • Verify material received in SAP database system.
  • Perform warehouse cycle counting, warehouse location auditing and inventory control practices & procedures to maintain accuracy and assure compliance with SQF audit requirements.
  • Perform daily cycle and ad hoc counts, physical inventory counts/audits as directed.
  • Follow and help enforce PIM Brands GMP, food safety, personal and general safety rules.
  • Correct errors in inventory reporting by applying logic and researching root cause.
  • Work with Quality to ensure accuracy of material and disposition before product ages out.
  • Train new staff as needed, and coach/counsel staff with assistance of the Supervisor.
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed.
  • Performs additional duties as required.
