As an Warehouse Inventory Analyst , you will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting operational excellence within the business unit. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, SAP transaction integrity, accurate cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory adjustments. What To Expect The position of Warehouse Inventory Analyst will: Responsible for putting safety first with an aspirational goal to prevent all injuries, occupational illnesses and safety incidents. Responsible for the cycle count program to maintain inventory record accuracy, inventory dollar accuracy, lost and found, negatives, COGI errors, etc. Monitor SAP transactions that correspond to physical material movements or requirements in order to resolve inventory discrepancies. Develop and maintain metrics to meet business unit requirements including activities related to CSCD/SOX. Perform detailed root cause analysis, determine corrective actions. Adhere to approval thresholds and ensure approvals are in place prior to any inventory adjustments in SAP. Assist in the training of policies or procedures related to inventory record accuracy. This includes providing SME guidance to material handling team. Actively participate in major activities (such as work center moves, value stream transformations, new product introductions, etc.) Work and interact effectively in a team environment.
