About The Position
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a Warehouse Intern to join our team at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. As a Warehouse Intern, you will assist with inventory management. This is a paid internship that can be completed for academic credit, typically spanning 10-14 weeks during the summer. The internship offers valuable work experience, leadership development, and the opportunity to learn about a global hospitality company. Interns will work alongside team members who embody Delaware North's values: Lean Forward, Come Together, Stand Up, Do Right, and Think Guest. All interns participate in the Delaware North Intern Experience, which includes hybrid and in-person work opportunities, executive and peer mentoring, and on-the-job learning.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be enrolled at an accredited college or university; Business Administration or Human Resources majors preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily inbound/outbound shipment processing, receiving, sorting, and packing
- Track inventory flow, update Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and analyze operational metrics
