About The Position
Sizemore, Inc. is seeking Warehouse Industrial Cleaners to join their team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness in warehouse environments, including removing and disposing of waste, cleaning various flooring surfaces, emptying trash receptacles, and operating cleaning equipment. Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass a 7-year background check and drug test
Responsibilities
- Remove and dispose of cardboard, packing materials, wood, etc.
- Clean various flooring surfaces using push/backpack vacuums (9–12 lbs), sweep, mop, and scrub.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Use cleaning chemicals safely, following proper labeling and dilution guidelines.
- Maintain janitorial equipment in safe and operational condition.
- Operate equipment such as augers, balers, and waste compactors as needed.
- Report irregularities and uphold company and client policies.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
