About The Position

The Inbound Warehouse Lead is responsible for supporting and coordinating daily inbound operations to ensure the accurate receipt, inspection, and put‑away of inventory. Under the direction of the Inbound and Inventory Supervisor, this position provides functional leadership to warehouse team members, promotes adherence to established processes, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. The Inbound Warehouse Lead contributes to maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment while upholding high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a warehouse environment.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a lead or supervisory capacity.
Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality in all inbound activities.
Assist in leading inbound warehouse personnel, including training, task assignment, coaching, and performance support.
Collaborate with warehouse, outbound, and customer service teams to prioritize inbound shipments and put‑away activities.
Oversee receiving functions to ensure shipments are accurately logged, inspected for damage, and properly recorded in the warehouse management system.
Ensure inventory is stored in designated locations in accordance with established procedures and accuracy requirements.
Implement and maintain best practices related to the handling of incoming goods to minimize damage and improve efficiency.
Monitor team performance and address operational or behavioral issues in alignment with company policies.
Verify that incoming parts meet quality standards prior to placement into inventory.
Communicate expectations, priorities, and procedural updates to team members in a clear and timely manner.
Ensure warehouse areas remain clean, organized, and free of debris in accordance with 5S and safety standards.
Maintain a maximum 24‑hour response time to emails during scheduled working hours.
Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents or violations.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
