About The Position

This position is for a Warehouse Identification Production Specialist, working a weekend shift. The role involves various warehouse and inventory management tasks, requiring specific experience and the ability to obtain security clearances. Requirements

  • One year industrial or commercial warehouse supplier-type experience in receiving, stocking and issuing materials.
  • Operating experience in material handling equipment such as pallet jacks (manual and electrical) and banding equipment.
  • Experience in filing systems (manual and electronic).
  • Experience in working with online inventory management.
  • Experience in computer applications such as spreadsheets, database and word processing.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED).
  • Ability to work any designated shift to include overnight.
  • Physically lift up to 28 lbs. alone, walking, bending, squatting, etc.
  • Ability to work with blueprints, drawings, planning, and local instructions.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret clearance prior to the start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF) clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • DoD Clearance: Secret
  • Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving, stocking, and issuing materials such as parts, tools, tool crib items, gauges, and supplies.
  • Operating material handling equipment like pallet jacks (manual and electrical) and banding equipment.
  • Managing filing systems (manual and electronic).
  • Working with online inventory management systems.
  • Utilizing computer applications such as spreadsheets, databases, and word processing.
  • Working with blueprints, drawings, planning, and local instructions.
  • Operating and obtaining certification for various material handling equipment including manual and electric pallet jacks, tugs, hoists, indoor cranes, forklifts, narrow aisle lifts, platform lifts, power lifts, hand or electric carts, banders, scales, part quantity counters, and other necessary equipment for counting, securing, or moving material.
