About The Position

HMT is hiring a Warehouse Helper to support shipping, inventory, and general warehouse operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/storeroom environment
• Qualified Forklift Operator
• Read and understand written work instructions.
• Demonstrates simple reading and writing skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds.
• Participate in the company-sponsored safety training program(s).

Responsibilities

• Identifying, counting, weighing, and packing finished products for shipment.
• Operating motorized equipment.
• Adhering to all company policies, and participating in good housekeeping practices and any other tasks as directed by the General Supervisor.
• Performing general warehouse tasks as directed by the General Supervisor.
• Performing quality control checks as defined in the QMS manual.
• Operating Forklift for moving materials between warehouse locations.
• Pulling, packing, labeling and verifying finished goods for shipment.
• Performing cycle counts as a function of Inventory Control.
