About The Position

The Warehouse Helper plays a vital role in supporting daily warehouse and fleet operations at Critical Peake. This position ensures materials, tools, and vehicles are properly managed, organized, and maintained to support field teams and ongoing projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to keeping operations running smoothly.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to safely lift and move materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs).
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and materials used in the electrical trade.

Nice To Haves

Prior warehouse, construction, or fleet management experience.
Familiarity with vehicle maintenance scheduling and recordkeeping.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

Check in and label materials, verifying accurate labeling with the correct job number.
Notify the appropriate Project Manager (PM) of all deliveries and quantities received.
Drop off and pick up materials as needed to support field operations.
Return unused project materials to the warehouse and ensure proper documentation.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections, ensuring both interior and exterior cleanliness.
Inspect for and report any damage or maintenance issues.
Manage fleet service schedules, including oil changes, recall notices, tires, and other routine maintenance.
Verify that all company vehicles have current tags and registration.
Ensure GPS units are functioning properly on all company vehicles.
Confirm that each vehicle contains up-to-date towing and insurance information.
Maintain adequate truck stock in each vehicle.
Ensure all tools are checked in and returned to the tool cage after use.
Obtain approval from Critical Peake leadership prior to purchasing any tools.
Ensure that all vehicle sign-outs are properly recorded in the vehicle logbook.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
