Requirements

• Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment and RF scanners
• Adequate Knowledge of WMS (warehouse management system)
• Ability to stand for long period of time and lift or move heavy products
• Basic mathematical abilities
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Team player with organizational skills
• Ability to perform Over Time

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform warehouse activity as per directed by management with quality and productivity targets.
• Unload truck, verify delivery versus Bill of Lading, report any damage or discrepancy.
• Check quality and quantity of products.
• Receive products in WMS accurately and put-away products in proper location.
• Pick orders as per pick tickets and process them by locating the product in the warehouse, pick products from correct location, scan the products and place them in the correct picking tote or cart.
• Verify order details, inspect products to be packed to ensure that there is no damage, missing or wrong item.
• Properly pack orders as per specific packing instructions, ensure no damage to products occurs.
• Palletize orders as per orders and shipping details ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Prepare shipping documentation.
• Load truck.
• Count products as per cycle count plan or checking request, verify no misplaced or damaged products in the location.
• Report inventory discrepancy to Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Perform quality inspection upon request.
• Perform standard warehouse operational duties.
• Help other department if all orders or tasks in respective department are complete.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Abide by all company safety and Hygiene regulations.
• Daily maintain safe work environment, participate in daily 5S activities.
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehouse procedures.
• Report to Team Leader or Supervisor in case of issues.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
