About The Position

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with at least 1 year of experience in warehouse supervision to be part of the leadership team at our facility. This is a grocery warehouse and operates in both a dry and cold environment - not freezer. The ideal candidate will oversee inventory, shipping, and receiving operations, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Experience in Amazon and 3PL environments is preferred.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse supervision.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

Experience in grocery and 3PL environments.
Experience in Amazon environments.

Responsibilities

Assist the Managers in managing day-to-day warehouse operations and logistics.
Assist in developing and implementing warehouse policies to optimize efficiency and performance.
Monitor key performance indicators to track and improve warehouse performance.
Lead and mentor warehouse personnel, ensuring a motivated and productive team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and achieve company objectives.
Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Identify opportunities for operational improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
