About The Position

As a Warehouse Generalist, you will fill in for any position in the warehouse including, but not limited to: Selector, Dock Worker, Palletizer, etc. This role involves performing a variety of tasks across different warehouse functions to meet business needs. You must be able to work to the end of the shift, including necessary overtime, and be willing to assist in other departments as needed. Other job-related duties will be assigned as necessary.

Requirements

• Ability to operate pallet jack and other required materials handling equipment (MHE).
• Ability to operate battery hoist.
• Compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates commitment and ability to work safely.
• Show reliability and maintain satisfactory attendance.
• Produce quality work.
• Ability to maintain required productivity/work expectations.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.

• Fall protection training and using proper fall protection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of a Warehouse Worker, including utilizing an Order Picker to pick products for customer orders or replenish pick slots, manually picking cases, building pallets, and wrapping them for shipment.
• Load pallets onto trailers, ensuring heavy products are on the bottom to reduce damage.
• Operate an electric pallet jack to load pallets onto delivery trucks.
• Compile un-palletized products onto pallets.
• Perform duties of a Warehouse Clerk.
• Perform duties of a Forklift Operator, including maneuvering a Stand-Up Forklift to put away or let down pallets into warehouse racks and manually stocking/picking cases.
• Record daily actions using a Radio Frequency Computer Terminal.
• Perform duties of a Selector, including selecting full case grocery/perishable/frozen items, fitting them on a pallet, wrapping them, and loading them onto a trailer.
• Perform duties of a Backhauler, including operating an electric pallet jack or clamp machine to transport pallets of product off inbound trucks.
• Perform duties of a Porter, including cleaning and maintaining warehouse aisles and product slots, removing product, cleaning slots with supplies and an electric scrubber, and replacing product.
• Clean warehouse offices, employee break areas, and restrooms.
