About The Position

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Box Sorter to join our Mira Loma team. This role is responsible for manually processing and sorting boxes to meet PLA's quality standards and production goals. Ability to hear and understand verbal instructions and safety alarms in a warehouse environment.
Good vision for inspecting boxes and performing sorting tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

Breaking down boxes that are not received in a broken-down state.
Inspecting boxes for damage and reuse.
Stickering boxes acceptable for reuse by covering barcodes.
Palletizing boxes by size.
Meeting or exceeding daily production requirements, with a standard production goal of at least one pallet per hour.
Maintaining a clean and orderly work area throughout the shift.
Complying with all Propak policies and procedures, as well as federal and state safety rules.
Assisting with other duties as assigned to support and improve overall team operations.
