About The Position

The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders in a timely and efficient manner. This role ensures all products are handled with care, inventory is maintained accurately, and orders meet company quality standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Basic computer and barcode scanner skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. or more and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack customer orders according to shipping guidelines and accuracy standards.
  • Prepare shipments by labeling, weighing, and organizing packages for delivery carriers.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces in compliance with company policies.
  • As needed or requested, conduct inventory counts and report stock discrepancies.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with restocking shelves and organizing incoming deliveries.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily fulfillment goals.
  • Follow all safety procedures and report potential hazards or equipment issues.
