About The Position

The Warehouse Front Door Checker plays a vital role in maintaining the accuracy, safety, and efficiency of warehouse operations. This position is responsible for monitoring all incoming and outgoing products, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and supporting a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory control environment.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
Proficient in basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, inventory systems).
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and best practices is an asset.

Responsibilities

Verify and document all products entering and leaving the warehouse to ensure accuracy and quality compliance.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records in accordance with company procedures.
Coordinate and prioritize outgoing orders to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.
Monitor warehouse staff activities to promote safe, efficient, and compliant work practices.
Review and respond to operational emails in a timely and professional manner.
Track and record time spent on individual orders to support performance analysis and productivity reporting.
Communicate effectively with warehouse management and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
