About The Position

This position is responsible for moving product while maintaining a safe work environment and following Tyson policies and procedures. Duties include lifting and stacking boxed product, operating warehouse equipment, loading and washing out trailers, and scanning and labeling boxes to maintain inventory. The work involves temperatures from -30 to 100 degrees and may require working outdoors in all weather conditions. The role requires consistent physical activity, including lifting and stacking boxes weighing 20–110 pounds, and standing on concrete for 8–10 hours daily. Team members must be able to work a six-day Monday–Saturday schedule if necessary and, for B and C shifts, may be required to work up to 10 hours daily. The posted opening is for A shift, with rotating start times between 6:15 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. and end times between 2:45 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Applicants must be able to perform the physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation. Requirements

Able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Able to work a six-day schedule, Monday through Saturday, if necessary.
Able to work all times within the rotating schedule for the shift applied for.
Able to work in temperatures ranging from -30 to 100 degrees and outdoors in varied weather conditions when necessary.
Able to walk, climb ladders, stand, bend, push and pull, reach, and stand on concrete consistently for 8–10 hours daily.
Able to consistently lift and stack boxes weighing 20–110 pounds.

Responsibilities

Lift boxed product from conveyors and stack it onto pallets, including consolidating partial pallets.
Operate an inverter, stretch wrapper, power industrial trucks, and forklift.
Load and wash out trailers.
Follow plant safety policies.
Scan and label boxes and maintain inventory.
