About The Position

Gordon Food Service is seeking a 2nd Shift Freezer Order Selector for their Distribution Center in Taunton, Massachusetts. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless order processing and delivery to customers. While the work involves being on your feet for extended periods, lifting heavy items, and working in a freezer environment, no prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. The position offers competitive pay with opportunities for performance-based incentives and pay raises, along with weekly overtime.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in extremely cold conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs comfortably and unassisted.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information related to benefits, updates, complete paperwork, and follow verbal instructions).
• Successfully pass a drug test.
• Successfully pass a background check.
