About The Position

The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for areas of warehouse maintenance, shipping/receiving, product storage, and delivery set-up. Forklift experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must wear protective gear and steel-toed boots.
• Will frequently move about inside the warehouse.
• Must be able to operate warehouse machinery.
• Must be able to communicate with team and management and be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
• Constantly in warehouse environment
• Must be able to work in various types of weather conditions and temperatures.
• Safety Awareness: Follows safety procedures, identifies hazards, and promotes a safe work environment.
• Inventory Management: Accurately receives, stores, tracks, and moves inventory according to established processes.
• Order Fulfillment: Efficiently picks, loads, and deliveries while meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Productivity: Consistently meets or exceeds established work goals and performance expectations.
• Material Handling: Safely and efficiently moves, loads, unloads, and organizes materials within the warehouse.
• Time Management: Prioritizes tasks and manages time efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Teamwork: Collaborates effectively with coworkers to achieve operational goals.
• Communication: Shares information clearly and listens effectively to instructions and feedback.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience or more is preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health and safety compliance in accordance with company policy.
• Prepare orders by processing requests: pull accurate materials and place in an appropriate area for customer pick up or delivery; loading and unloading trucks as necessary.
• Maintain inventory controls through minimizing materials damage and ensuring order accuracy.
• Be able to organize the warehouse and manage bin locations.
• Establish, maintain, and promote high standards of customer service.
• Ensure that equipment is maintained to company operating standards.
• Must be able to think for yourself-problem solve.
