About The Position

RiverStone Group is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator for their Building Materials location in East Dubuque, IL. This full-time, hourly position involves loading and unloading customers and vendors, providing professional customer service, and operating a forklift. The role requires dependability, availability for overtime, and the ability to perform heavy lifting and rigorous physical activity. While forklift experience is preferred, on-the-job training will be provided. The company is also looking for candidates willing to obtain a CDL Class B for local deliveries as needed. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• A focus on safety and a strong work ethic
• Forklift experience
• Strong verbal communication skills for optimal customer service
• Must be self-motivated and conscientious with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and rigorous physical activity
• Dependable and available to work overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

• Fork lift experience is preferred
• Willing to obtain a CDL Class B

Responsibilities

• Operating forklift and performing all duties at the highest level of safety
• Stocking, loading and organizing materials in warehouse as needed
• Loading/Unloading supplier trucks
• Receive and process products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Loading customers in an efficient and timely manner
• Treating customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Perform inventory controls and keep high quality standards
• Keep a clean, safe and inviting work environment and best utilize space
