Requirements

Must be able to maintain production and distribution of product by pulling orders from inventory; delivering production materials and supplies; staging finished product for shipping; moving and organizing inventory as needed; operating forklift to move items.
Able to lift and maneuver packages of a minimum of 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
Operate standup or sit-down Forklift under general supervision.
Manipulate or depress cane controls to regulate speed and direction of Forklift and hoist movement according to written, verbal, or signal instructions.
Report repairs for Forklift as needed.
Inspect Forklift for safety issues daily.
Determine if any parts are malfunctioning.
Cleans, maintains, and lubricates equipment.
Complete job tickets, service quality summaries, and all other necessary paperwork.
Lift, position and place machinery, equipment or other large objects at construction sites and industrial facilities.
Drive trucks to worksites and unload trucks.
Place blocks and outriggers to prevent capsizing when lifting heavy loads.
Move levers and pedals to move Forklift on chassis to raise and lower Forklift Forks to raise and lower load-line.
Work within precise limits and standards of accuracy.
Operate Forklift according to signals from helper.
Start and stop Forklift engine.
Able to work with Catalyst Work while wearing a full-face mask and Tykeim suit.

Employees must be able to sit, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and use hands and fingers to perform assigned duties.
Positions may require lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds, working at elevations, on uneven surfaces, or in confined spaces.
Employees must possess sufficient visual, hearing, communication, and motor skills to safely perform job responsibilities.

Employees must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and meet all customer, site, regulatory, medical, and fitness-for-duty requirements applicable to the position.
Must be able to perform all job duties while maintaining a constant commitment to safety, quality, and productivity expectations.

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.
Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
Maintain in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
Document materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units.
Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.
Document product shipment by recording units shipped.
Maintain material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections, making operator repairs.
