Products handled include inbound items such as bolts, cables, reels, and wires. The position utilizes stand-up and sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and computers.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Clean driving record.
Personal vehicle and ability to travel within the area approximately 25-50% of the day.
Strong technical aptitude, including using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience with scanners and entering orders into a WMS System.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Ability to be a team player and work within a diverse work environment.
Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
Highly thorough and dependable.
Punctual with a good attendance record.
Performs work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.

Responsibilities

Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
Responsible for accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks.
Responsible for handling day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during core production hours.
Perform other duties as assigned.
