About The Position

This role will be responsible for loading, unloading, stacking, sorting and segregating, and case picking product. This role may operate a pallet jack to accomplish some of the tasks above. The position is for the 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

Requirements

• High school graduate or general education degree (GED) from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be capable of learning and retaining the skills needed to work in a safe, productive manner
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team
• Must possess and have a solid work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work overtime and weekends occasionally as required
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and change direction mid-stream

Nice To Haves

• Cold storage warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Stand Up Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, Counterbalance Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Following proper handling procedure for products within the facility
• Working with accuracy and attention to detail on product orders
• Maintaining and working in a safe manner, in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards
• Palletizing goods and materials to put on trucks for transportation
• Successfully completing assigned tasks through coordination and teamwork with fellow warehouse employees and leaders
• Performing other duties as needed
