About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Order Puller to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately pulling and preparing customer orders for shipment using a forklift. The ideal candidate must have experience operating forklifts, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience, including forklift operation.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varying warehouse conditions (e.g., heat, cold).
- Strong focus on accuracy and quality when pulling orders and handling products.
- Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment while meeting productivity goals.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pull orders from inventory based on customer requests, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Safely operate forklifts (stand-up and cherry picker) to move, locate, or load/unload products as needed.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by properly labeling, organizing, and storing materials in the warehouse.
- Prepare orders for shipment by palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and ensuring all products are safely packed.
- Assist with receiving incoming shipments as needed.
