About The Position
Hanes Geo Components, a division of Leggett & Platt, is seeking a first-shift warehouse worker for their Glendale Heights, IL location. This role involves operating a forklift to load customer orders and unload inventory in a warehouse setting. Training will be provided. The pay rate ranges from $18-$20 per hour, based on experience. Requirements
- Forklift experience is required.
- Must have a cooperative attitude necessary to work effectively with others.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Must be able to follow verbal & written work instructions.
- Be Safety Conscious.
- Ability to lift 50-100 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift to load customer orders or unload inventory.
- Bring forth suggestions and participate in the continuous improvement process and verify the implementation of solutions.
- Conform to all quality/safety/environmental requirements and procedures.
- Read and follow instructions on orders.
- Pull stock using proper equipment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Department Supervisor.
