About The Position

The Warehouse Forklift Driver safely operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and lift trucks to move, load, and unload materials throughout the warehouse and production facility. The role also performs order picking, maintains accurate inventory counts, and upholds strict safety and housekeeping standards. This is a seasonal, first-shift position at Green Pointe.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or lift trucks.
• Forklift certification or proven forklift experience.
• Mechanical aptitude for basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and shipping and receiving paperwork, and follow verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills for inventory tracking, order accuracy, and order picking.
• Familiarity with standard shipping and receiving processes.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate product handling and inventory counts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for extended periods.
• Comfort working at heights when assigned.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and commitment to safe practices.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to support additional warehouse tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and lift trucks to transport materials and finished goods.
• Safely load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
• Perform order picking and ensure inventory accuracy through RF or manual counts.
• Deliver materials to designated areas within the warehouse or production floor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Read and interpret work orders, bills of lading, and shipping and receiving documents.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
• Assist with other warehouse, shipping, or receiving duties as assigned.
