R&R Solutions is hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Forklift Driver in Gravette, AR. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Forklift Certification required.
- Ability to store and remove pallets in racking up to 27 feet high safely.
- Stand, walk, squat, grasp, push, and pull with hands for the duration of a shift.
- Frequently bend/twist neck and waist; occasionally climb, balance, kneel, and crouch.
- Safely lift and carry loads up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable working in high places, tight/confined spaces, and fluctuating temperatures/humidity.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of two (2) years of prior forklift operation experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills preferred (tablets/scanners).
Responsibilities
- Expertly operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and moving equipment to transport shipments.
- Load and unload freight safely (manually or via equipment depending on size).
- Use iPads and scanners to manage transactions and physical material movement.
- Move inventory from receiving or storage to designated shipping zones.
- Comply with all warehouse safety procedures and wear required safety footwear.
