About The Position
The Warehouse Foreman oversees all activities of all junior and senior Warehouse Personnel in the Warehouse Manager’s absence. This is a working Foreman position; this person will be expected to work alongside the team as needed and are expected to work an on site schedule based out of our St. Paul, MN location.
Requirements
- Previous Warehouse experience preferred.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a team player.
- Ability to operate within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor all Warehouse Personnel.
- Pulling and prepping of shows.
- Responsible for warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Attend appropriate team meetings when needed.
- Monitor returned properties.
- Manage service requests promptly.
- Resolve issues quickly.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe environment and implementing procedures and regulations to insure safety of all personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
