About The Position
PFP Logistics is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Floor Supervisor to oversee 6-8 associates at a cold storage warehouse. The primary role involves supervising the unloading of containers and palletizing floor load product, with a main objective to assist and monitor work and document completed work. This position offers a salary of $55,000 plus benefits.
Requirements
- Able to lift 50lbs consistently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in a business environment

Responsibilities
- Supervise team members unloading containers and other assigned tasks
- Monitor productivity and adherence to safety protocols
- Train and coach staff on proper procedures, equipment use, and cold storage best practices
- Maintain documentation and communicate any discrepancies or damages
