About The Position
PFP Logistics is seeking a 3rd Shift Warehouse Floor Supervisor to oversee 6-8 associates at a cold storage warehouse. The main objective of this role is to assist and monitor the work of the team, focusing on unloading containers and palletizing floor load product, while documenting completed work. This is a supervisory role within the shipping and receiving departments of a 3PL staffing company.
Requirements
- Able to lift 50lbs consistently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in a business environment
- Reliable Transportation
Responsibilities
- Supervise team members unloading containers and other assigned tasks
- Monitor productivity and adherence to safety protocols
- Train and coach staff on proper procedures, equipment use, and cold storage best practices
- Maintain documentation and communicate any discrepancies or damages
