About The Position

This is a full-time position for a Warehouse Floor Scrubber. The primary responsibility is to operate an automatic floor scrubber to clean designated floor areas, ensuring removal of dirt, debris, scuff marks, and spills to maintain streak-free, safe walkways. The role also involves operating and maneuvering the scrubber safely, performing basic machine maintenance, detail cleaning, and adhering to all safety compliance procedures. Additionally, the position includes other duties such as maintaining and cleaning various facility areas, collecting trash and recycling, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, cleaning glass and doors, and completing scheduled assignments within designated time frames. Requirements

• Ability to operate or learn to operate floor-scrubbing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Must have a valid driver license

Responsibilities

• Operate an automatic floor scrubber to clean designated floor areas, ensuring removal of dirt, debris, scuff marks, and spills.
• Maintain streak-free, safe walkways.
• Safely operate, maneuver, and control the scrubber around obstacles, corners, and high-traffic areas.
• Empty recovery tanks, refill solution tanks, clean machine filters, inspect squeegees, and report any mechanical issues.
• Spot-clean edges, corners, and areas the scrubber cannot reach; remove debris before scrubbing for best results.
• Follow all facility safety rules, signage requirements, and chemical-handling procedures; ensure floors are dry and safe after cleaning.
• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
