Requirements

  • Be proficient on job after the required hours of training for added compensation.
  • Must be able to drive forklift/ OSHA tested and licensed in all positions.
  • Must be able to retain job skills over long periods of time without operating the particular equipment.
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Must be able to look and work ahead.
  • Able to operate all Brite stackers
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Must be a communicator as well as a listener.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak clearly in English.
  • 2 years experience
  • Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • The selection of jobs that needs to be learned for additional compensation is at the supervisor’s discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Be able to adequately operate any of the warehouse equipment or job requirements in the warehouse operation.
  • Adapt quickly and effectively to the various assigned positions to maintain efficiency of production line.
  • Be responsible for changeovers, restart or adjust machinery and troubleshoot.
  • Must be able to look ahead while working.
  • Any other duties or responsibilities which may be assigned by the supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean work environment throughout shift.
  • Maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere by acting, communicating and helping co-workers.
  • Effective cross-departmental communication.
  • Food safety is the responsibility of every employee. Any issues should be brought to the immediate attention of area supervisor or manager.
