About The Position

The Warehouse Flex Associate is a versatile team member responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations and providing cross-functional assistance across multiple departments, including shipping and production. This role is ideal for someone adaptable, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus.
Ability to adapt quickly and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to operate powered industrial equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Must be able to remain on feet for extended periods and move throughout a large warehouse facility

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
Experience in shipping/receiving or production environments.
Basic organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform general warehouse duties including receiving, sorting, storing, and distributing materials.
Assist with order picking, packing, and preparing shipments as needed.
Support the shipping department during high-volume periods or staff shortages.
Move materials and products between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and carts; may operate forklift if certified.
Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
Provide support to other departments as directed by management, demonstrating a willingness to float between teams based on operational needs.
