About The Position
We are seeking experienced Forklift Cherry Picker Drivers in Shorewood, IL, to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for moving, loading, stacking, and relocating merchandise, particularly furniture, within the warehouse. This role requires the ability to lift items weighing 35-51lbs unassisted and stand for extended periods when necessary. This is a 2nd Shift position, Monday - Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with occasional overtime work on Saturdays.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Cherry Picker Driver (testing will be conducted upon hire)
- Ability to lift heavy items independently (35-51lbs)
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- RF Gun experience
- Must reside locally to Shorewood, IL
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must pass background checks, drug screens, and other verifications
Responsibilities
- Operate a Stand up Forklift/Cherry Picker efficiently to move and handle merchandise
- Load and stack items within the warehouse
- Relocate products as needed to fulfill orders
- Adhere to safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
