This position pays $17.90 per hour (including shift premium) with increases at 90 and 360 days if meeting expectations. The role involves accurately counting and pulling parts from bin and pallet locations, re-verifying part numbers and quantities, entering required information, repackaging product as needed, and applying and scanning barcodes. The operator will be required to operate a stock picker or reach truck with the necessary certification. The position ensures TTI meets or exceeds internal and external customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery. The operator must meet established quality goals for errors and productivity goals set by Management, actively participate in job qualification audits, and strictly adhere to all standard operating procedures. Maintaining acceptable time and attendance is crucial, with availability for overtime as required by business demands. A positive, team-oriented attitude is expected, along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, a sense of urgency, and a focus on desired results. Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to established policies and notifying management of safety hazards is paramount. The role supports daily warehouse department metrics on safety, quality, delivery, and cost, performs foreign object detection (FOD) and location maintenance to ensure 5S standards, and actively cross-trains in other areas as required.
