This position is responsible for accurately pulling parts from bin and pallet locations, re-verifying part numbers and quantities, entering required information, repackaging product as needed, and applying and scanning barcodes. The role requires operating a stock picker or reach truck with the necessary certification. The operator must ensure TTI meets or exceeds internal and external customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery. They will meet established quality and productivity goals, participate in job qualification audits, and strictly adhere to standard operating procedures. Maintaining acceptable time and attendance, being available for overtime, and demonstrating a positive, team-oriented attitude are crucial. The role also involves contributing to the operations team, accepting other duties as required, working independently with minimal supervision, working with a sense of urgency, and maintaining a positive attitude focused on desired results. Ensuring a safe working environment, supporting daily warehouse metrics, performing foreign object detection, and cross-training in other areas are also key responsibilities.
