About The Position

The WAREHOUSE EMPLOYEE works under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, Assistant Manager, or Team Leader. This role is responsible for unloading and/or loading trucks, as well as picking/pulling and putting away tires/products. The vision for this role is to contribute to being the leading and most trusted provider of tires and services.

Ability to use equipment and tools accurately and safely.

Ability to maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

Ability to receive loads through product number verification and check-in (levels II).
Ability to perform Amazon/Walmart pulling/picking and shipping (levels II).
Ability to load all route trucks (levels II).
Ability to train new warehouse employees (level III).
Ability to learn MaddenCo (level III).
Ability to load multi-warehouse transfer trucks (level III).

Responsibilities

Unloading semi-trailers and/or assisting the loader for semi-trailers and route trucks.
Using equipment and tools provided on a daily basis accurately and safely to verify, pull/pick, and put-away tires/products.
Ensuring tires/products are in designated locations with tags out and restocked as needed.
Working safely at all times, including the proper usage of equipment seat-belts and order picker harnesses.
Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
Supporting Warehouse Manager’s decisions and company goals.
Performing other duties as appropriate and assigned.
Supporting company goals and upholding K&M Values.
Receiving loads through product number verification and check-in (levels II).
Performing Amazon/Walmart pulling/picking and shipping (levels II).
Loading all route trucks (levels II).
Training new warehouse employees (level III).
Learning MaddenCo (level III).
Loading multi-warehouse transfer trucks (level III).
