As a Warehouse Employee at Crimson Cup Coffee & Tea, you will support both the Packaging and Shipping/Receiving functions within our coffee roasting facility. This role includes packaging roasted coffee, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, performing quality audits, and upholding cleanliness standards in a food-grade environment. Packaging Package roasted coffee and related products in conformance with Company and regulatory standards. Execute workorders as assigned by the Warehouse Lead or Supervisor. Enter packaging data into the NetSuite system as required by product classification. Perform routine quality audits to ensure packaging accuracy, seal integrity, and product presentation. Adhere to all food safety and regulatory protocols. Meet packaging key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality standards. Shipping & Receiving Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Load and unload delivery trucks in accordance with safety procedures. Conduct quality audits of outbound shipments to verify order accuracy, packaging condition, and labeling. Meet shipping/receiving KPIs. Inventory & Systems Follow inventory processes including FIFO (First In, First Out). Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy as assigned. Record inventory movements in warehouse systems when applicable. Organize and store items in an orderly and accessible manner. Sanitation & Facility Maintenance Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, shared spaces, and warehouse areas. Follow all sanitation and GMP protocols to ensure a food-grade environment. Support pest control and contamination prevention efforts. Perform cleanliness audits to ensure compliance with sanitation standards. Maintain supplies and report maintenance needs.
