About The Position

The Warehouse Driver drives a 26-foot flat-bed or rack-body truck to deliver materials to warehouses and job sites, and performs warehouse duties during downtime. The role also supports receiving, processing, inventory management, order fulfillment, equipment operation, safety, and cleanliness. It has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day and remain on one's feet for extended periods.
• Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch; manual dexterity and motor skills are required.
• Must pass a drug test and criminal background check.
• Consistent punctuality, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Nice To Haves

• CDL preferred.
• Hazmat certification is a plus.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Experience as a flat-bed truck driver.
• DOT experience.
• Exemplary driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 26-foot flat-bed truck and deliver materials to warehouses and job sites using a 26-foot rack-body truck.
• Receive and verify warehouse shipments; inspect incoming materials, unpack, label, store, and document items.
• Lift, organize, load, and unload solar equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Maintain a clean truck.
• Complete or assist with warehouse work during downtime.
• Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct daily inventory audits, and report discrepancies daily.
• Pick, pack, weigh, and prepare shipments for shipping accurately.
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks and maintain required certifications.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas, bathrooms, and common spaces.
• Promptly report issues and coordinate with supervisors and team members.
