About The Position
Family owned and operated tire distribution facility seeks delivery driver. Duties include (but are not limited to) unloading and loading trucks, driving box trucks/vans to deliver merchandise to customers, collecting payment at time of delivery, interacting with customers, forklift use, pulling orders and putting away stock, general clean up and organization, etc.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- For insurance purposes, applicants must be 21 years or older
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a driving role
- Valid Forklift certification (onsite training certification available)
Responsibilities
- Assist the Warehouse Manager and/or Store Manager in shipping and receiving customer tires
- Load, unload, stack and lift tires
- Use of certain warehouse equipment, including forklift operation
- Retain forklift certification
- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and surrounding areas
