About The Position

Centrex Technical Sales is seeking a Warehouse Driver (CDL) to support daily warehouse operations and perform safe, reliable deliveries to customer locations. This role is a hybrid position requiring hands-on warehouse work combined with CDL-regulated driving responsibilities, including flatbed and material handling deliveries. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-mix material environment.

Requirements

CDL driving experience
Clean driving record in accordance with company and insurance requirements
Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
Experience driving flatbed trucks
Ability to safely lift, move, and handle 50 plus lbs of industrial materials
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification)
Familiarity with freight handling, load securement, and industrial materials
Experience supporting pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industry customers
Current CDL license

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, ensuring accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders
Organize inventory to maintain clear, safe, and efficient warehouse flow
Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment according to job requirements
Safely load and unload materials using forklifts and other material-handling equipment
Perform shipping and receiving functions, including packing, labeling, and documentation
Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories
Follow established warehouse procedures, checklists, and red-tag processes to prevent shipping errors
Safely operate CDL-required vehicles, including flatbed trucks, in compliance with DOT regulations
Transport materials to customer locations in a timely and professional manner
Secure loads properly using straps, chains, and edge protection as required
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
Verify delivery documentation, obtain customer signatures, and document discrepancies or damage
Represent Centrex Technical Sales professionally at customer sites
Comply with all DOT, CDL, and company safety requirements
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and according to training
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all PPE requirements and safety procedures
