About The Position

KONE is a global leader in elevators, escalators, and automatic building doors, dedicated to improving urban life through innovative solutions. We are seeking a Warehouse Driver for our San Leandro location to support the local territory. This role involves delivering parts and tools to job sites, acting as backup in the warehouse with tasks like sorting materials and monitoring inventory, and collaborating with supervisors, the warehouse team, and technicians. The ideal candidate has a customer service mindset, is committed to a positive quality and safety culture, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant warehouse/driving expertise.
• Previous experience in driving a forklift in a warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with office management tools (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, etc.).
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders on daily expectations.
• Customer service mindset.
• Commitment to promoting a positive quality and safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts and tools to various job sites throughout the day.
• Act as back-up in the Warehouse with tasks such as sorting materials and monitoring inventory.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as supervisors, warehouse team, and technicians, when scheduling trips.
