About The Position

Consolidated Pipe & Supply is seeking a dependable Warehouse Driver who enjoys hands-on work, teamwork, and stability. This role offers opportunities for growth, competitive pay, and a supportive environment. The primary responsibilities include making local deliveries in a company warehouse vehicle between locations and assisting with general warehouse operations such as picking and pulling orders. The ideal candidate will have general warehouse knowledge, a clean driving record, and a medical card. Pre-employment drug screening will be required post-offer.

Requirements

• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
• Clean driving record.
• Possess a medical card.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience.
• Class A CDL preferred.
• Experience in the water/sewer utilities field.

Responsibilities

• Make local deliveries in a warehouse vehicle between one or more locations on a daily basis.
• Perform general warehouse operations such as picking and pulling orders.
• Follow safety rules and work procedures.
• Prepare receipts for loads picked up.
• Maintain truck log, according to state and federal regulations.
• Maintain telephone or radio contact with supervisor to receive delivery instructions.
• Position blocks and/or tie rope around items to secure cargo during transit.
• Load and unload truck.
• Inspect truck equipment and supplies, such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water.
• Perform emergency roadside repairs, such as changing tires, installing light bulbs, tire chains, and spark plugs.
• Clean work area or vehicle.
• Perform other duties as needed.
