About The Position

This position is located onsite at Conagra Brands in Imlay City, Michigan. As a Warehouse Driver, you will report to the Warehouse Team Leadership. The warehouse team operates with overlapping schedules to ensure continuous coverage for shipping demands. This role involves operating forklift and wrapper equipment, loading and unloading product, consolidating warehouse storage locations, storing product while adhering to inventory controls, identifying and removing damaged product, and performing other tasks as assigned by warehouse management.

Requirements

Read and interpret documents, including safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Basic math and counting skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of employees.

Forklift & Lock Out Tag Out certification.

Responsibilities

Complete outbound process including picking orders, loading trailers, and completing trailer inspections.
Perform the operation of required machinery and equipment.
Use inventory required computer software programs.
Become proficient in jobs to relieve and train other employees.
Complete job tasks following standard work instructions.
Rework damaged product.
Ensure all documentation is completed and maintained following standards.
Demonstrate a willingness to take on additional job responsibilities.
Obtain Forklift & Lock Out Tag Out certification.

Recognize any foreign or defective materials or products and report findings.
Work indoors and outdoors.
