About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse / Dock Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for loading and unloading shipments, preparing products for transport, and maintaining a safe, organized dock area. The ideal candidate thrives in a in a fast-paced environment and is committed to safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective time management and attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Previous forklift experience preferred
- Opportunities available to obtain certifications for equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, move, and secure materials using manual and mechanical methods (pallets, skids, platforms, containers, and transport vehicles)
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare products for shipment to ensure timely delivery
- Operate pneumatic and power tools such as torque wrenches, nail guns, and impact guns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock and warehouse environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
