Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Physically able to manipulate equipment and carry 50 pounds charges
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Must be computer literate with strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); bilingual French/English is an asset.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A minimum of 1 year shipping Experience. (Ideally have experience shipping to & from the US.)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
- Ship and receive parcel and freight shipments within Canada, the USA & Internationally.
- Load, unload, verify, and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments and inventory transfers.
- Receive, store, pick, and kit raw materials and finished goods.
- Prepare shipping documentation including commercial invoices, customs paperwork, and freight documentation.
- Ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and shipment compliance for domestic and international orders.
- Inspect materials and finished goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory reporting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Provides support to internal departments (when applicable)
